Hello Speed Stop, My new Dell XPS 9360 came with the APP as I mentioned " CYBER MEDIA SUITE ESSENTIALS" , It does take up 7.9GB of SSD space. I do have an USB external DVD drive, so I may want to use the program. I still would like to know how to access the program! Thanks for the info. Rob

But I am having difficulty in playing some commercial DVD movies. These movies play fine on a DVD player and on a HP desktop running PowerDVD 12.0.2.3215.
